THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is an application pursuant to section 170LS of the Workplace Relations Act for certification of the Stephen Little Constructions Pty Limited Enterprise Agreement 2003-2005. I don't know whether that means just "little" constructions, or whether that is his name, but never mind. Neither of the parties are in attendance, having been advised that there are no queries within the terms of the agreement and each has provided authority for the agreement to be certified in their absence.

The parties to the agreement are Stephen Little Constructions Pty Limited and the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union of Australia, Tasmanian Branch. The required statutory declarations have been provided and the requirements of the Act have been met. Accordingly, an order will issue to take effect from today's date and remain in force until 15 October 2005. The agreement, however, came into effect from 12 November 2003. That agreement is certified.
