THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: 2329, an application pursuant to section 170LJ of the Workplace Relations Act for certification of the Atlas Copco Australia Pty Limited (Burnie) Certified Agreement 2003. The parties to the agreement are Atlas Copco Australia Pty Limited, the AMWU employees where the members of the union are not covered by the classifications found in the agreement. None of the parties are in attendance having been advised that there are no queries in respect to the content of the agreement.

Each has provided a fax seeking certification in their absence. The parties have also provided the necessary statutory declarations and I am satisfied the agreement meets the requirement of the Act and can be certified. An order will issue to take effect from today's date and to remain in force for a period of two years from that day.
