by PMP Print Pty Limited and Another for
certification of the PMP Print Hobart
Agreement 2004

THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is 2578, an application pursuant to section 170LJ for certification of an agreement to be known as the PMP Print Hobart Agreement 2004 and the parties to the agreement are PMP Print, a division of PMP Limited, the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union and all employees covered by the classifications found in the agreement. Neither of the parties are in attendance, having been advised there were no queries in respect to the agreement. Each has provided a fax agreeing to certification in their absence.

I am satisfied the agreement meets the requirements of the Act, the parties have provided the necessary statutory declarations. Accordingly the agreement will be certified, an order will issue to take effect from today's date and to remain in force until 9 March 2005. The agreement came into effect on 10 March this year. That agreement is certified.
