THE COMMISSIONER: The Commission has been informed that in matters AG2004/2330 and 2004/2331 and 2004/2332 the employer parties are content to support the certification of the agreement, but cannot attend because of distance - they are located in Queensland - but are happy to have the Commission deal with the matter as before it. Similarly, the TWU has indicated to the Commission that they support the making of the agreement as well. So accordingly, the Commission certifies the said agreements.

The agreement between Brambles Australia trading as Cleanaway and the Transport Workers Union of Australia, known as the Cleanaway (Noosa Depot) Agreement 2003 is, pursuant to section 170LT of the Act certified. The agreement comes into force from today's date, 21 April 2004, and remains in force until 30 August 2005.

In respect to AG2004/2331, the Cleanaway Queensland (Cooloola Regional) Agreement 2004, the Commission, pursuant to section 170LT of the Act, certifies the said agreement. This agreement comes into force from today's date, 21 April 2004, and remains in force until 31 December 2004.

In respect to AG2004/2332, the Specialized Container Transport Queensland Certified Agreement 2003, the Commission is satisfied it meets the rules of the Commission and the requirements of the Act. Accordingly, pursuant to section 170LT of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, the Commission certifies the said agreement. The agreement comes into force from today's date, 21 April 2004, and remains in force until 1 July 2005.
