PN241
THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Any change in appearances?
PN242
MR M. GEORGIOU: Your Honour, I now also appear for the ETU.
PN243
THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Thank you, Mr Georgiou. Yes, Mr Henderson?
PN244
MR HENDERSON: Thank you, you Honour. We have had a brief discussion just before these proceedings commenced today and it may be a most effective approach to go into conference to hear a report on the discussions which were taking place following the proceedings last week subject to what my friends have to say. PN245
THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Yes, what do you say about that, Mr Gee?
PN246
MR GEE: I have no objection to going into conference. I wish to make one statement on the record first and that is to draw your Honour's attention to the correspondence that was provided earlier today in response to your Honour's request for some information about the directors of the two companies I represent.
PN247
THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Yes, thank you for that.
PN248
MR GEE: Does your Honour wish to mark that letter for information?
