THE COMMISSIONER: Ms Tisdale, I have received a letter from Brambles in relation to your application. And I understand that it has been copied to the federal office of the Transport Workers' Union. And that the company consents to your application.

MS TISDALE: Thanks, Commissioner.

THE COMMISSIONER: And they have asked to be excused from today's hearing as a result of their agreement to consent to the application.

MS TISDALE: Thank you, Commissioner.

THE COMMISSIONER: I think given that you have already outlined the application on the previous day of hearing that under the circumstances and in light of the consent of the only employer respondent to the award that I will vary the award in accordance with the application. I will issue an order accordingly. I am satisfied that to make an order in this matter is not only in accordance with the relevant principles of the Commission but is also in the public interest. The order will be identified as an order made by consent and will come into force from today's date and remain in force for a period of six calender months thereafter. Thank you, Ms Tisdale.
