MR HARRIS: Your Honour, I have had a discussion with your Associate concerning a number of clauses that may be of concern in respect of the recent Electrolux decision.

MR HARRIS: I wondered how we might proceed in terms of discussing this? We have had a brief conversation about those clauses.
