by the Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry
and Others for certification of The Hobart
Clinic Nursing Staff Enterprise Agreement 2004

THE D.PRESIDENT: This is an application pursuant to section 170LJ of the Workplace Relations Act for certification of an agreement between the Hobart Clinic, the ANF and the HSUA. The agreement will be known as the Hobart Clinic Nursing Staff Enterprise Agreement 2004. The application has been filed within the prescribed time limit and the company is a constitutional corporation. The parties have been advised that there are no queries in respect to the content of the agreement and each has provided a fax seeking certification in their absence. Accordingly, I am satisfied the agreement meets the requirements of the Act and can be certified. An order will be issued to take effect from today's date and to remain in force until 30 June 2007. I note that the agreement came into effect from the beginning of the first full payment on or after 1 July 2004.
