THE DEPUTY PRESIDENT: This is an application pursuant to section 170LJ of the Workplace Relations Act for certification of the Hi-Lite Plaster Pty Limited Enterprise Agreement 2003 to 2005. The parties to the agreement are the Construction, Forestry, Mining and Energy Union and Hi-Lite Plaster Pty Limited. The company is a constitution corporation and the agreement was filed within the prescribed time limit. The parties were advised that there were no queries in respect to the content of the agreement and each has provided a fax seeking certification in their absence.

They have also provided the necessary statutory declarations and having considered all of the documents provided I am of the view that the agreement meets the requirements of the Act and can be certified. An order will issue to take effect from today's date and to remain in force until 15 October 2005. The agreement came into effect on the date of signing which was 15 November 2004.
