THE D.PRESIDENT: This is an application pursuant to section 170LJ of the Workplace Relations Act for certification of an agreement between Carter Holt Harvey Wood Products Australia Pty Limited, trading as pinepanels Bell Bay, and the Construction Mining and Energy Union. The agreement will be known as the Carter Holt Harvey Wood Products Australia Pty Limited pinepanels Bell Bay Certified Agreement. Neither of the parties are in attendance, having been advised that there are no queries in respect to the agreement. Each has provided a fax seeking certification in their absence. They have also provided stat decs, and I am satisfied that the agreement meets the requirement of the Act and can be certified. The agreement was filed within the prescribed time, and the company is a constitutional corporation.

THE D.PRESIDENT: An order will issue to take effect from today's date, and remain in force until 1 November 2006. The agreement however came into effect from the beginning of the first full pay period on or after 12 November 2004, which was the date on which the employees voted in favour of the agreement. That agreement is certified.
