The parties to the agreement are Brambles Industrial Services, an operating division of Brambles Australia Limited, the Automotive, Food, Metals, Engineering, Printing and Kindred Industries Union, and all employees employed at Burnie, Bell Bay and Hobart depots of the company covered by the classifications found in the agreement, be they members of the union or not.

Each has provided a fax seeking certification in their absence. As indicated, there are no queries in respect to the agreement and the parties have provided statutory declarations.
