THE COMMISSIONER: I have conferred with the parties privately and as a consequence of the conference, the conciliation, I invite the parties to discuss at a local level issues of communication in relation to roster changes and I invite Telstra and the national office of the union with local practical input, to confer on the operation of clause 5.2, as it relates to the distribution of starting and finishing times and to ensure that the outcomes are distributed fairly across work groups, that is not intended to form any conclusions about whether they are or they aren't.
