PN20
THE COMMISSIONER: Ms Heagney you're there?
PN21
MS HEAGNEY: Yes, good morning.
PN22
THE COMMISSIONER: Ms Atkinson, you're there?
PN23
MS ATKINSON: Yes, I'm here, good morning, sir.
PN24
THE COMMISSIONER: Where are we at, Ms Heagney? You forwarded a draft only a few days ago didn't you?
PN25
MS HEAGNEY: Yes, that was a draft after discussions with Ms Atkinson and myself over the WA Award and we've had further discussions again today based on that draft because I believe, Commissioner, I was working off the wrong base copy of the award so there had been a few changes to the award over the years so I just re-did that draft and now we've had discussions and there's only some drafting issues I have to insert back into the agreement, things that I might have left out. Other than that I think we are essentially in agreement on everything.
PN26
THE COMMISSIONER: The document you forwarded to me on 18 February - - -
PN27
MS HEAGNEY: Yes, was a further draft back to Ms Atkinson and yourself that I had been amending so we've had discussions since then so I need to amend that third draft and make some further changes then I believe we'll probably have agreement.
PN28
THE COMMISSIONER: All right. When do you think you'll get a finalised document?
PN29
MS HEAGNEY: I can provide that to you again within two weeks if that suits.
PN30
THE COMMISSIONER: All right. Ms Atkinson?
PN31
MS ATKINSON: Yes, sir, I'm in agreeance with that. We did discuss a few issues this morning and they're only minor issues so I expect that within that fortnight we should be able to have the process fairly well finalised.
PN32
THE COMMISSIONER: All right. Ms Heagney, why don't you provide that by Tuesday, 9 March and if it's agreed make a note on that, I'll have a look at it and if it's okay then we will probably approve it without a further hearing. I'll just make a statement on any order.
PN33
MS HEAGNEY: All right.
PN34
THE COMMISSIONER: I will await your further communication by 9 March.
PN35
MS HEAGNEY: Thank you, Commissioner.
PN36
THE COMMISSIONER: Thank you, Ms Atkinson too.
PN37
MS ATKINSON: Thank you.
PN38
THE COMMISSIONER: Thank you.
ADJOURNED ACCORDINGLY [11.40am]
