THE COMMISSIONER: Ms Glennon, you are to go to the lift foyer and you are to call twice, in a loud, clear voice, the trading name of the company as well as the company name, Right Price Transport, for them to come to the door outside this court room, and call them again.

THE COMMISSIONER: Thank you. This matter was listed for compulsory conference. The company Balaton Park Enterprises Pty Ltd, trading
as
Right Price Transport of 54 North Road, Warrigal, 3820, was properly notified as to the time and place of this compulsory conference.
They have got to attend this compulsory conference. This Commission has had no correspondence, and neither has the registry of
this Commission, had any correspondence from that organisation as to why they have not complied with the directions for the compulsory
conference. Accordingly, the Commission will refer the matter to the Director of Public Prosecutions for action. This matter is
adjourned.
