MS L ANAF: I appear on of behalf of item 2, 3 and 4 on the list. So that's Banterman Pty Ltd, Wherefrom Pty Ltd and also AP & NL Schultz Pty Ltd.

MS ANAF: Okay. This is an application for certification of the three agreements in similar terms made directly with employees under section 170LK of the Workplace Relations Act. In doing so did you want me to take you through the process of making the agreements or – I would, actually, and I was going to ask if you don't mind before that if I could ask to have it stood over to consider our position in light of some conversations that we have had.
