THE COMMISSIONER: Ms Chew, you appear in this matter?

MS CHEW: Yes, I do, and I also have an amended statutory declaration, amended agreement to hand up.

THE COMMISSIONER: Thank you.

MS CHEW: The agreement has been amended slightly to ensure that it complies with the Electrolux decision, namely that the clause for payroll deductions has been deleted and amended.

THE COMMISSIONER: Okay.

MS CHEW: It was voted on very recently. I think it is - - -

THE COMMISSIONER: 1 December.

MS CHEW: Yes.

THE COMMISSIONER: Yes. Thank you. All right. The agreement in this matter shall be known as the Fusion Weld Tanks Collective Bargaining Agreement 2004. Based upon the material provided by way of statutory declarations the Commission is satisfied that all provisions of section 170 have been complied with. The agreement shall operate from the date of certification, which is today's date, 17 December 2004, and shall have a nominal expiry date of 31 March 2006.
