THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Mr Reidy, this agreement appears to be in the same terms as the previous one and therefore suffers from the same defects.

MR REIDY: Yes, your Honour. Perhaps to save time, I will take on board what you have already informed me about the previous two agreements and make the necessary changes and we can just leave it there.
