THE COMMISSIONER: I listed this matter for mention on the notification by Mr Gordon. I understand that the disagreement has been certified but the singular problem to that which has arisen in relation to the document I've just dealt with arising from the case. Is that the case, Mr Gordon?

MR GORDON: That is the case, Commissioner, again it is not a conspiracy, I would tender to the Commission, corrected at clause 55, and again I apologise for the header. Could I also put on the record at this point that these negotiations in relation to a number of the Monyx companies have been conducted with NTIU over the last 2 years. As a result of which Mr Hutchins has had to take 3 months long service leave and I would just like to put on record the fact that they've been very successful, even if prolonged negotiations at least we've got to this stage. If the Commission pleases.

THE COMMISSIONER: Thanks Mr Gordon. Mr Hutchins, Mr Gordon has provided some replacement pages in relation to the agreement which was previously certified. And I'm assuming that you have no objection to the change.

MR HUTCHINS: Your assumption is correct, your Honour.

THE COMMISSIONER: Thanks Mr Hutchins. What I intend to do is to reissue the document as certified. That will contain the page replacement in relation to clause 55, which has now been provided to the Commission. I accept that the previous document contained a typographical error and that the agreement as certified should reflect the actual agreement between the parties which I'm satisfied that the replacement page now does. You will get an amended copy so that the certified copy on record will be amended. Thank you.
