THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Yes, Ms Fraumano.

MS FRANUMANO: Thank you your Honour. I wish to refer to the previous order your Honour handed down in respect to the making of the Australian Hearing Award. Since that time the parties have been provided with an amended draft and there have been some agreed changes that have been advised to your associate. We respectfully request that your Honour rescind the previous order and issue a new order in the terms of the amended draft.

MS FRAUMANO: I’m not sure your Honour I could advise your associate - - -

THE SENIOR DEPUTY PRESIDENT: Could I just have a look at the file, is it here or is it outside? It’s all right. I’ll make a note that the order on the previous listing will be revoked and that order will be revoked. I’ll issue an order to that effect. Today I’ll make an order creating the new award which will be the Australian Hearing Services Award 2006 and that award will be made in the terms of the draft with the and amendments that have been agreed between the parties and notified to my associate.
