MS H RYALL: If the Commission pleases. I will just hand up a statement of service and a copy of the draft order.

THE COMMISSIONER: Yes.

MS RYALL: Could I just seek from Ms Boehm an indication that the same issues arising in the matter as in the previous ones?

MS N BOEHM: I can confirm that we do not have an issue with this award in terms of the quantum of personal leave.

THE COMMISSIONER: No.

MS BOEHM: But the current clause provides for 10 days sick leave plus three days bereavement leave.

THE COMMISSIONER: Yes.

MS BOEHM: And I simply split those up so no. We do have several other machinery issues and - - -

THE COMMISSIONER: Well I will give the parties seven days anyhow to deal with the machinery issues.

MS BOEHM: Thank you.

THE COMMISSIONER: In respect of the matter before the Commission the order comes into effect beginning the first pay period which commences on or after 19 January 2006 and remains in force for a period of six months.
