THE FOLLOWING PROCEEDINGS WERE CONDUCTED VIA VIDEO CONFERENCE AND RECORDED IN SYDNEY

THE COMMISSIONER: Ms Yali for the Office of Public Employment.

THE COMMISSIONER: Yes, Ms Donnelly.

MS DONNELLY: Commissioner, this is another application to vary the award consistent with the recent decision of the Fair Pay Commission and on the grounds set out in the application. The allowances sought to be varied are wage related allowances and they've been varied by reference to the key wage classification used in previous variations which is the physical ..... and they've been updated accordingly.

The only other party to this award, other than the CPSU, is the Commissioner for Public Employment and that the application and order and listing was served on the Commissioner for Public Employment on 16 September by registered post.

MS YALI: Commissioner , again our office concurs with the submissions of the CSPU.

THE COMMISSIONER: This is an application to vary this award to reflect the outcome of the Wages and Allowances Review of 2008.
On the basis of what's before me the Commission proposes to vary the award and that variation will come into force from the first
pay period to commence on or after 1 October 2008.
On that basis, these proceedings are now adjourned.
