ADJUDICATION No. 207 (October 1984)

Mr Barnes complains that an article in Phil Ward's Small Business Newsletter constitutes discrimination against homosexuals and denigrates and belittles the homosexual community.

In the view of the Press Council the article cannot reasonably be construed as discrimination or denigration.

The complaint is dismissed.
