Excise Tariff Amendment (Tobacco Duty Harmonisation) Bill 2017

Purpose
This bill seeks to amend the Excise Tariff Act 1921 to increase the excise on roll your own tobacco to align it with the excise rate applied to cigarettes over four years commencing on 1 September 2017
