Purpose
|
This bill seeks to amend the Coastal Trading (Revitalising Australian
Shipping) Act 2012 (the Act) to:
• simplify coastal trading regulation;
• expand coverage of the Act;
• reduce the administrative impost associated with the current
regime;
• provide clarity on a number of minor technical matters
