Treasury Laws Amendment (ASIC Governance) Bill 2018 [2018] AUSStaCSBSD 128 (9 May 2018)

Purpose	This bill seeks to amend the Australian Securities and Investments Commission Act 2001 to enable the Governor-General to appoint a second Deputy Chairperson of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, and to make a consequential amendment to the Foreign Evidence Act 1994.
