1.87 The committee has no comments on amendments made or explanatory material relating to the following bills:

• Family Assistance Legislation Amendment (Building on the Child Care Package) Bill 2019;[48] and

• Social Security (Administration) Amendment (Income Management to Cashless Debit Card Transition) Bill 2019.[49]

[48] On the 25 November 2019 the House of Representatives agreed to four Government amendments. The Minister for Education (Mr Tehan) presented a supplementary explanatory memorandum and the bill was read a third time.

[49] On 27 November 2019 the House of Representatives agreed to 10 Government amendments, the Minister for Government Services (Mr Ramsey presented a replacement explanatory memorandum, the Assistant Minister for Community Housing, Homelessness and Community Services (Mr Howarth) presented a supplementary explanatory memorandum and the bill was read a third time.
