MR C.L. RAWSON: Your Honour, I appear for the respondent in this matter. (instructed by the Australian Government Solicitor)

MR E.H. RODAN: I appear on behalf of the prosecutor in this matter. (instructed by Erskine Rodan & Associates)

MR RAWSON: Your Honour, the parties had agreed on consent orders as late as about, I think, some time late on Friday evening and they were dispatched to the Court. I understand that was too late and we are here this morning. I can hand up a further copy if required, your Honour.

HIS HONOUR: I have enough files here to start my own registry, Mr Rawson, so if you could hand up a spare copy, I would be very grateful.

MR RAWSON: That is a copy of the minute signed by both parties and a draft copy of the order, as I understand it, your Honour.

HIS HONOUR: Thank you. It is in effect terminating the whole proceeding, is it not?

MR RAWSON: Yes, your Honour.

HIS HONOUR: Thank you. You are content, are you, Mr Rodan, that there are orders by consent that the applications for writs of prohibition, certiorari and mandamus are dismissed, with each party bearing its own costs.

MR RODAN: Yes, your Honour.

HIS HONOUR: There will be orders in those terms. Thank you for coming, gentlemen.

AT 11.01 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
