HIS HONOUR: I have before me an application to amend the statement of claim in each of these matters by the adding of additional names to the schedule of represented parties. I have read the affidavit of Adrian Phillip Joel, sworn on 28 June 2001, and a letter from the Australian Government Solicitor dated 29 June 2001 confirming that his client's position in these matters remains unchanged but that his client is of the view that, subject to the course being acceptable to the Court, the application before me should be dealt with in Chambers without the need for the parties to attend. Accordingly, I make orders in each matter in accordance with the draft short minutes of order filed in these matters and initialled by me and placed in the papers.

The Court will now adjourn.
