_____________________

HER HONOUR: I have before me an application to amend the statements of claim in the matters called by the addition of additional plaintiffs as set out in the annexure marked A to the affidavit of Adrian Phillip Joel, sworn 28 August 2001. The applications are opposed on the same grounds as previous applications have been opposed by the respondents. In accordance with past practice and for the reasons earlier given, I propose to allow the amendments as sought and I make orders accordingly. More precisely, I make orders in terms of the draft short minutes of orders dated 28 August 2001 and placed with the papers.

The Court will now adjourn.

AT 2.16 PM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
