MR N. ASHTON appeared in person.

HIS HONOUR: Now, Mr Ashton, there are some several matters here, all of them connected. I would understand the position to be that the Magistrates Court proceedings that lie beneath the proceedings in the High Court have now been dealt with and concluded, is that right?

MR ASHTON: They will be withdrawn, your Honour. I would like to make a couple of points if I may, your Honour.

HIS HONOUR: Yes, as to what?

MR ASHTON: As to the fact that Randy Diego and Jason Carty both bore false witness.

HIS HONOUR: Mr Ashton, no, I am not hearing the matter. I understand that there is now no live controversy between the parties, is that right, in this Court?

MR ASHTON: Yes, that is correct.

HIS HONOUR: Then each matter will be struck out, and there will be no order for costs.

MR ASHTON: And the other point I would like to make is that all of the respondents in this matter assaulted me.

HIS HONOUR: Mr Ashton, I am not hearing the matter.

MR ASHTON: Thank you.

HIS HONOUR: Yes, I will adjourn.

AT 10.12 AM THE MATTERS WERE CONCLUDED
