HIS HONOUR: Good morning, gentlemen, what is the position?
MR DAVIS: If your Honour was of a mind to make an order under Order 69A, then the parties have agreed as to the terms of that order. Could I hand up a draft, please?
HIS HONOUR: Yes, thank you, Mr Davis. You are content with that, Mr Brady, are you?
MR BRADY: That would be by consent, your Honour, yes, those terms.
HIS HONOUR: Thank you.
MR DAVIS: Your Honour, on behalf of my client I offer the undertaking which is recited in the draft order.
HIS HONOUR: Yes, thank you, Mr Davis. I am prepared to make those orders.
MR DAVIS: Thank you, your Honour.
HIS HONOUR: So I order, accordingly, in terms of the orders upon which the parties have agreed.
MR DAVIS: Thank you, your Honour.
HIS HONOUR: Thank you.
