HAYNE J: The applicants seek special leave to appeal against orders of the Federal Court of Australia (Moore J) dismissing an appeal instituted by the applicants and, as well, refusing them leave to appeal if leave to appeal was necessary. The orders the applicants had sought to challenge were orders of the Federal Magistrates Court (Emmett FM) dismissing the applicants' proceedings seeking judicial review of a decision of a delegate of the Minister. The applicants had earlier sought review of that decision by the Refugee Review Tribunal and twice had brought proceedings seeking judicial review of the Tribunal's decision which in each case had failed at first instance, on appeal, and on application for special leave to appeal to this Court.

There is no reason to doubt the correctness of the decision of Moore J.

Pursuant to r 41.10.5 we direct the Registrar to draw up, sign and seal an order dismissing the application. I publish that disposition.

AT 9.30 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
