MR G.A. HILL: Your Honour, I appear for the Minister. (instructed by Australian Government Solicitor)

MR HILL: The Court has seen the Minister was applying for summary dismissal of the application. My learned friend and I have been discussing whether, perhaps, the matter can be discontinued on the Minister giving an appropriate undertaking. Discussions have started and progressed, but could I ask for this matter to be stood down - - -
