HER HONOUR: In this matter the applicant filed a summons seeking reinstatement of his application for special leave to appeal on 23 March 2016. The Court directed that pursuant to rule 13.03.1 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth) the summons be determined on the papers.


The Court orders that, first, the applicant’s application for special leave to appeal be reinstated. Second, the time for filing of the documents required by rule 41.10.3 be extended to 4.00 pm on 15 June 2016.
