DECISION
This is
an application for certification pursuant to section 170MA of the
Industrial Relations Act 1988 (the Act) of an agreement known as the
Harris/D-E Pty Limited Certified Agreement 1995.
The parties to the agreement are Harris/D-E
Pty Limited and the National Union
of Workers.
The application was heard by me in Sydney on 1 August 1995. At the
conclusion
of the hearing, I indicated that, having considered all the
material then before the Commission and having heard the representatives
of
the parties, I was satisfied that the relevant requirements of the Act and
the Rules had been met and that I would therefore
certify the agreement.
The agreement operates on and from 1 August 1995 and will expire on 30 June
1997.
