Unlawful Termination
FINDINGS
1. I find the Applicant was terminated by the employer on 24 January 1996.
2. I find there was no valid reason for the termination.
3. I find the termination was harsh, unjust and unreasonable.
VARIATION TO ORDER
1. The Respondent shall pay the Applicant the sum of $4,000 being 8 weeks
compensation at $500 per week.
