Unlawful termination.

ORDER

A. I hereby award as a result of Arbitration, that the respondent, N & D Torres pay compensation of $1,710.00 (3 weeks at $570.00 per week) to the applicant Vasil Tilev by 11 July 1997. This amount is over and above any payments which are outstanding in relation to the period Mr Tilev was employed by Mr Torres.
