Frederick M. Abbott is Edward Ball Eminent Scholar Professor of
International Law at Florida State University College of Law, USA.
Denis Borges Barbosa is at the Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro,
Federal University of Rio de Janeiro ­ Institute of Economics (PPED),
Argentina.
Carlos M. Correa is Professor of International Trade Law and Intellectual
Property and Director of the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies on
Industrial Property and Economics (CEIDIE), Law Faculty, University
of Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is Special Advisor on Intellectual Property
and Trade of the South Centre, an intergovernmental organization located
in Geneva, Switzerland.
Peter Drahos is a Professor in Law and the Director of the Centre for
the Governance of Knowledge and Development in the Regulatory
Institutions Network (RegNet), College of Asia and the Pacific, at the
