[1] The members of the court have considered the memorandum of counsel for the respondent seeking costs and the memorandum of Mr Collier accepting the disbursements (the figure calculated by counsel for the respondent in respect of travel and accommodation, $533.32) and suggesting as to costs that an award of $1,500 would be appropriate.

[2] We adopt Mr Collier's acceptance and suggestion and order accordingly.
