IN THE COURT OF APPEAL OF NEW ZEALAND CA422/00
THE QUEEN
V
JOSEPH JAMES HENRY HAMILTON
Coram: Keith J Blanchard J Tipping J
Judgment:
(On the papers) 1 February 2001
JUDGMENT OF THE COURT
[1] The appellant applied for legal aid to prosecute this appeal. That
application was declined. The appellant was given the
opportunity to make
written submissions but has not done so. The Court has decided the appeal on
the papers. We have considered
the grounds of appeal advanced by the appellant
and found them to be without merit.
[2] The appeal is accordingly dismissed.
