[1]The Court has considered the memoranda filed by parties and fixes the costs payable by the appellant to the respondents at a single sum of $6,000 plus reasonable costs and disbursements, including the travel and accommodation costs of counsel, to be fixed by the Registrar in the absence of agreement.
