JUDGMENT OF THE COURT AS TO COSTS

[1] In our judgment on this matter of 29 June 2004 the parties were given leave to file any submissions on or before 13 July 2004 on the Court’s tentative view that the parties should reimburse the Crown for Ms Stewart’s costs and disbursements – see s99A of the Judicature Act.
[2] No submissions have been filed.
[3] We thus make an order that the parties do so reimburse the Crown.
