REASONS OF THE COURT

[1] This is an application for leave to appeal pre-trial under s 379A(1)(aa) of the Crimes Act 1961 against a decision of Lang J relating to the admissibility of evidence: HC AK CRI 2007-419-29 23 September 2008
[2] Leave to appeal is granted. The appeal is to be set down for hearing as soon as possible so that the May 2009 trial date can be maintained.
