JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

  1. The application for extension of time for the allocation of a hearing date and the filing of the case on appeal is granted.
  2. The time for filing application for a hearing date is extended to 7 October 2013 (the date on which the application was received by the Court).
  1. The case on appeal must be filed and served by 23 May 2014.

REASONS OF THE COURT

[1] The applicant applied for an extension of time to apply for the allocation of a hearing date and to file the case on appeal. The respondent initially opposed this, but

after discussions with the Deputy Registry has now consented to the orders set out above being made. Those orders are therefore made by consent.
