JUDGMENT OF BROWN J

1. The application for an order staying the liquidation proceedings in Commissioner of Inland Revenue v Chesterfields Preschools Ltd (CIV201540943) is granted pending any further order of the Supreme Court.
2. The liquidators are directed not to sell the property at 854 Colombo Street, Christchurch, until further order of the Supreme Court.
