[1] WorkSafe, Volcanic Air Safaris Limited, Aerius Limited and Kahu New Zealand Limited have filed a joint memorandum advising the Court that the charges against them are likely to resolve with the entry of guilty pleas to amended charges. That hearing will take place in the Environment Court at Auckland at 2:15pm on 7 July 2023.
