JUDGMENT OF FOGARTY J




[1] I have received an application for bail in respect of Kenneth Victor N who is a remand prisoner at the Otago Corrections facility at Milburn. The application for bail which is supported by the Crown is to enable him to attend the funeral of his father in Dunedin tomorrow, Saturday, 15 August.

[2] The joint memorandum from counsel sets out the terms of the bail. Bail is granted accordingly and the joint memorandum will be attached to this decision as a record of the terms.
