JUDGMENT OF RONALD YOUNG J (Bail Application)
[1] E faces charges of:
a) possession of cannabis oil for supply;
b) possession of LSD for supply; and
c) possession of cannabis plant for supply.
[2] He seeks bail. Bail can only be granted by the High Court because of
his previous convictions.

[3] The Crown do not oppose bail. Bail is therefore granted on the condition
that he reside at 39 Shelly Beach Road, Helensville.
[4] Secondly, should the police enquire at Shelly Breach Road as to whether
Mr E is present and residing at that address then should Mr E be there he
will answer to the police’s
enquiry.
