JUDGMENT OF SIMON FRANCE J
[1] The applicant makes an unopposed application for the release of funds held by the Public Trust. The funds are proceeds of the sale of abandoned land. The applicant was the owner prior to this sale.
[2] Leave has previously been given to bring an originating application.

[3] I order release of the proceeds to the applicant. No issue of costs arises; I am advised the Public Trust makes deductions for administrative costs before
transmitting the proceeds.
