Judgment: 13 June 2012
ORAL JUDGMENT OF CHISHOLM J

[2] The probation service support the request to cancel this condition provided there is a condition in place to undertake relationship counselling as directed by and to the satisfaction of his probation officer.
[3] Unfortunately, the probation service is not here at the moment, but I am going to make the orders. The orders are that the conditions mentioned earlier are

cancelled, Mr Kerehoma, which will enable you to take up employment. That will obviously be beneficial to you and to your partner. There will, however, be a condition in place of the conditions that I am cancelling that you are to undertake relationship counselling as directed by and to the satisfaction of your probation officer.
